Monitoring - Most of the devices that were affected by this issue have recovered. That said, our development team is still investigating the root cause. We will continue to monitor the ScreenScape network and will post updates here.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue that is causing some ScreenScape Connect devices to go to a black screen during playback. If your Connect device is affected by this issue please manually reboot your device by unplugging the power cable and then plug it back in. We will post updates to this issue here.
